The end of the March Madness always gets me excited about the NBA draft. Being bored tonight, I was browsing through the cnnsi.com archives and found this nugget amongst the "Winners and Losers" file for the '98 draft:
Winners: The Bucks
After trading away No. 4 draft-pick Stephon Marbury last year, the Bucks get it right in '98 by stealing the marketable and talented Robert Traylor from the Mavs for an overhyped foreign prospect.
Who today would say the Bucks won by trading Dirk Nowitzki for the "marketable" and "talented" Tractor Traylor.
:D
