If you're running a Multiplayer league, and someone wants to join, how do you go about adding him?

I know how to access all the teams passwords. Does the future owner need to download just the basic exported files, and then select a team? I can't seem to remember what my process was, when I joined the league.

If I could be pointed in the right direction, it'd be much appreciated.

Alright, on the server, we have 2006 through 2016, league files. Remember, I'm inheriting all of this, and am learning in the process.

Are league files saved, before the season is advanced? Post-Super Bowl, but pre-advance?

How do I know which one is the 'initial league file'? Do I need to include the recently finished season in that as well?
