Napa Valley Sends:
CF - Nate Wallace
MR - Lorenzo Martinez
Baltimore Sends:
RF - Gervasio Rei (AAA)
Baltimore to confirm.
Muns: Thanks as always for working with me and taking on some extra salary this time around!
I confirm. Glad I could help out. A spect for some salary with our situations is a win win in my book.

A 1st round SP on the verge of the bigs is being sent inside the division with some salary for that guy? I wish I had expendable pitching like that.

lol
Maybe if you approached people better when discussing deals?
Just a thought....

lol
Maybe if you actually worked at a deal, instead of pissing all over conversations with people you would be alright???
Just a thought though....
C'mon man, why are you calling me out about trade talks in this thread? When I say I wish I had pitching to spare I mean it. If she can part with a SP of his relatively solid ability to get rid of the anchor that is Nate Wallace I'm truly envious.
As for your distasteful comments, you looked at this trade block post (http://www.operationsports.com/fofc/showpost.php?p=2080304&postcount=3) and decided to make contact about Keyte. You asked specifically which prospects I was interested in. I replied with 5 guys. Were they good? Yes. Were they great? 2 of them were, but they were MR guys and you had a shit load of them. You responded saying we were way off in our estimation of Keyte's value. I merely asked how we could be far off when you knew what I was looking for. I gave an estimation of your players value. Nothing said was out of line.
Did I do something to offend you in another thread at another time? I don't see the reasoning behind it.

Thank you both for that interesting display but I'm not a total idiot. Normally I wouldn't broadcast my plans, but if you want clarification I don't mind. I lost a couple of key players this year and had to pay even more to keep the rest. I needed the money to get a good pitcher who is ready NOW, so I took a chance and gave away a guy who projects to be good in the future for the ability to contend (crosses fingers) when we actually still have a chance.
I'm not offended because my record speaks for itself and you have only to look at my minors to know that we'll slow down fast SOON. One guy will not make that big of a difference. That's why I'm making a last ditch attempt now. No worries, Muns isn't so charming that I totally lose my head around him. ;)

To be totally honest with ya I dont understand some of your comments, and even your post right now has thrown me for a loop.
You called out the league in a post somewhere a few weeks back because nobody has done deals with you, which I found pretty odd.
So what the heck, I pmed you and then we did a deal.
The following week I pmed you again about a guy on your trade block which you posted below
OF Keyte - will take good prospect, but not great. can package other guys here with Keyte to give you added depth.
So I pmed asking what it would take. You came back with 5 guys. 2 were/ are projected studs, and the other 3 were either good players now or projected to be good players.
I respectfully and in a polite manner explained why we were off (value wise) and told you it wouldnt be in my best interest to send any of those guys your way for him due to his age. I then appologized for wasting some of your time.
Your response back to me was point blank contradicting and you told me that because I had depth at a position one of those studs was expendible.
Who decided that one was expendible????
So I just chose not to get into it.
Now you posted in a trade thread about a deal where it does seem like you were calling out Teach in a deal I just did with her. Normally I wouldnt care, and giving opinions on deals is healty and fun for the league, but after our last PM, I thought what I said was appropriate. I thought you were complaining that the deal wasnt fair, or why couldnt you get a deal done like that, insert whatever you want to say.
You even went and looked up what round the one guy was drafted in. That confused me, because you know how to play, you know how to evaluate talent, so you should know where the guy is drafted at makes no difference. Tack that on to me thinking it was sarcastic, and we have what I posted.
So I appologize for "running the wrong way" with your post and posting what I did.

If you have a problem with someone you should say something to them. Making silly high school remarks about people in a freaking fake baseball trade thread is a jackass thing to do.
As for Teach, she doesn't need you to defend her. She wasn't attacked. I'm actually upset that she might be going after one of the starters I'm going for.
Since we're in the spirit, I hope your team sucks forever.
Alan my guys are in the DFA list. Thank ya!
