will this go thru before the sim or after. I guess I would like before that way it's one less guy I need to cut

I'm pretty sure Ben runs them before the sim by default, and I have built my roster to accommodate him coming over before the sim is run as well.

Yeah. Sincw the trade takes place chronologically before the sim date, I assume it is to happen beforehand unless requested to do it after.
