If you had cap room and didn't offer the max for that safety, you should be taken out back and shot.

Yeah, there was an epic FAIL here on a few team's part.

Unfortunately I screwed up the last stage and had to try and sign 26 players with 12 million in cap space. Im still many players short of getting 53 players.
Safety was a need for me. :(

FAIL on my part then I guess. I didn't even bother looking if guys who had been cut were out there. I have a full (plus) roster and with all the other crap I am trying to do I just left it alone and figured I would roll with what I have. Oh well, mistakes are made.
Must have been a good player eh? I will check it out in a bit.

74/74 strong safety that you acquire solely for fake money.

Must have been a good player eh? Yup. He was cut by Oakland.

Crap. I think I am more unhappy about the Vikings getting him. $30 million cap offer, I may have around that much sitting around too.
You guys can rub it in if he picks off my QB or sacks him this year. ;)

On a different subject, former RB turned WR rookie Howie Warren sure did take to moving to WR like I thought he would, pre-camp anyways. It seems he went up a good 8 or 9 future points on the move alone.

Ben, I had no accepts / rejects. Something happen with my export?

I also see a whole bunch of PreTC rookie signings in the transaction list?

Heh. Whereas I tried a TE to FB move that supposedly would benefit the guy and save him from releasing.
Not so much.

FWIW, I'm crashing FOF if I view the transaction list in game for very long. Something is weird in this file.

It seems like I fielded a fairly strong squad. It's just going to be a challenge to keep them together for a bit.

Know what, FOF just blew up on me as well (though I don't remember where I was), which *never* happens.

I had a crash while in the transaction log as well. I clicked on one of the rookies to see their contract, saw they actually didn't have a contract on their player card and I could make an offer. When I closed that down and tried to do it with another rookie is when I had FOF crash on me.

I'm betting this is related to the "drafted" rookies. They're showing as having "signed" contracts, even though they aren't teams. My guess: it will go away next stage. I'll test it this evening. For now, my recommendation is to avoid the transaction log. It's crashing on me there, too.

Crashing in the transaction log as well here.

It sucks for me given that something happened with my export, and some of these guys are actually my best options right now :(
It sucks both that I can't make offers to these guys, and that they are the best options I've left myself.

Sorry, but having good players is inopposite of my planned tanking strategy.

I've gotten funky messages from the drafted rookies. Things along the lines of me trying to renegotiate a contract with them, when I'm clearly just offering them one.
