We did this in ECFL, and it was interesting and informative. I'm sure it would be even much moreso in a league with 32 humans. As you prepare your exports (or if you've already done so), considering writing up a "diary" of sorts of your ideas, strategies, and thoughts throughout this initial roster building phase. These diaries can then be shared with the league once our teams are basically set, so we can look and see what strategies did and didn't work.
