Let's be honest: it's not like anyone has invested any time in this yet, so they really wouldn't "lose" anything at this point if we make this change and the league takes a turn not to their liking. But based on what's been posted, it sounds like this will make the league *more* interesting for the majority of those signed up, not less.

So, as of right now, this is the plan:

Position-switch all current QBs rated 75 or better and all QBs with less than 10 years of experience rated 65 or better.
Re-run the draft class generation every year until there are no QBs or WRs above 6.5 adjusted rating. (I already did this with the 2020 rookie class.)
As was mentioned earlier, there's really no need at all to do anything about the current WRs.I wrote the above before I looked carefully at the league file. Taking a gander now, this means that (by the Atlanta scout)

The league will have four WRs in the 70-80 future range, and eleven in the 60-69 range.
There will be three QBs in the 70-74 range, in years 12, 14, and 11.
There will be one QB in the 65-69 range, in year 12.
There will be eight QBs in the 55-64 range.
