I voted to keep the cap the same. There is a ton of young talent out there, and by keeping the same cap, it will help keep a certain challenge to deciding on whom to keep and whom not to rather than just keeping everyone.

For instance I have to choose to let a 4.5 star outfielder go via free agency this year and take a chance on my young outfielders stepping up as I need that money spent elsewhere. Raising the cap even by a few million dollars would allow me to just keep everyone and still improve.

I vote to keep it at 65 as well. Since players will adjust their demands to the money that is available in the market and not all teams are at the cap maximum yet.
