Cap adjustment on game options screen?

Sorry, help file was no help on this. I think the cap increases are to liberal. IT seems this can be adjusted on the game options screen.

However, I am not sure what settings to use. Help please.

It only changes the possible amounts of the increase when each TV contract expires. Some people like the default of 28 and 80 which means a 2.8 million to 8 million dollar increase for each year of the TV contract when the new contract is signed. Others think 50 to 80 for 5 to 8 million is most accurate. Some people change both numbers to 0 to keep a league with minimal inflation of salaries and no increase in the cap. I don't think there is an absolute consensus on what is best. Personally, I'm using 28 to 80 which is the default.

I love using zero because I can compare contracts from 2006 to contracts from 2021 and beyond. Actually, I think 2021 is the furthest I've ever made it with an FOF universe ;)
