Bug or feature??

Ok, I have updated with the new patch and have found something interesting. For two weeks straight after the patch, (I continued a career), in the transition log two separate teams signed a FA and released him in the same week. Now is this a bug, or.....a feature. Maybe the team's scout thought he was good and when he got signed and joined the team they realized he wasn't that good. Which I think this is unlikely as I don't think that the ratings change once the guy gets on your team. I think this is a bug as two separate teams signed the same guy. I've played 3 more weeks since then and it hasn't happened again. So maybe it's related to patching and continuing a career. Thoughts???

Are you in the middle of the preseason, regular season or offseason? What kind of player is it, roster filler?

I am in the middle of the regular season. I patched the game. Then week 5 and 6 is when it happened by two teams. He is a roster filler player. I simmed 3 more weeks after and it hasn't happened again. Glitch following the patch???

and make sure you're not playing OOTP by mistake.
