Wow, I hope they get it back. It would be a shame to see a company's intellectual property used in a way they did not want it used.

he's either pulling your chain or out of it
it was to avoid registering at sites to read content...like newspapers to see articles.

It let you avoid registering for newspaper and other registration required web sites--and avoid being added to their spam lists.

It made for a really great Firefox extension as well. Wonder if that won't work anymore either?? I haven't used it in the last few days.

I understand where you're coming from (and in fact, my wife works in on-line marketing and relies on user inputs greatly), but unless a site requires me to confirm an e-mail address with a reply, I'm putting in a fake anyway. I'm not opposed to bugmenot keeping a database of fakes to assist me in this process.
