I am trying game plan for a particularly tough opponent and the only weakness he seems to have is the right side of his O-Line is miserable at pass protection. Who Should I be Blitzing to exploit this weakness?

I'd say look for the guy with the best pass rushing skills (probably a WLB or a SLB) Just don't try and blitz too much and lose coverage back there.

You need to spread it out a bit as well, blitzing one guy 100% of the time will have poor results. Blitzing is a piece of gameplanning I haven't messed around with to much.

The right side is usually the strong side, so the SLB would be the better choice.

One hint--if you are running a 4-3, the game takes out the WLB when you run nickle and the MLB when you run dime. When you blitz from the WLB or MLB spot and the spot is being manned by a nickle or dime back, you will be blitzing the nickle and dime back instead of the linebacker.
So if you have a great blitzer at WLB, but you run a lot of nickle, he won't be on the field for a lot of those blitzes. I generally put my best blitzers at SLB. And you may also want to see if you have nickle or dime backs who can blitz well.
