Details on how work a multi player league

I'm just wondering how the player signing and trade are working in the FOF league.

Is it trades and signings that are sent to the commish or everything is donw through FOF and then the files sent to the commish?

What if many teams singned the same player?

Just about everything is done through FOF. You make all your moves, gameplans, whatever, and then export a stage file that gets sent to the commish. The commish imports the stage files and the game processes everything. If more than one team offers a player a contract, the player will pick among the teams.

As for trades, the teams notify the commish of the trade and the commish inputs the trade. I think most leagues handle the draft the similarly. The commish is notified of the picks and inputs them into the game.
