I think it was you, a while back on the old board, who posted a pretty cool recipe for pork chops using tomato paste and/or sauce. Would you (or whoever it was), please post it here again? I have some chops thawing in the fridge right now.

A thought: maybe I should start up a recipe thread.

Not me. No such recipe comes to mind for me. I do eat more than my share of pork chops, but I don't I can think of a recipe that features tomoto sauce.
