I'm in two leagues and have first round byes in both!! Went 12-1 (awesome team) in one league and 8-5 in the other.

One league we have 12 guys $100 each winner taking 1K.

Other league is a little smaller 10 guys $60 each winner taking $400.

X-Mass could be good this year ;)

I made it in one and not the other.

In the league I didn't make it, I'm out because of a tie. The week I tied, I changed my defense to CLE over SEA just before kickoff of the 4 pm games and that moved led to a tie. If I had left in SEA, I would have won and made the playoffs.

Frustrating.

Besides Harrison, none of my guys scored in double digits yesterday.

One week to go in the FOFC yahoo league before the playoffs, after this week I should move to first on my victory this week.

First round bye in one 10-3 (money league-16 teams), and one more week to go in Free league, which I clinched a playoff spot (8 teams, I'm 7-6).

I just hope they don't sit McNabb soon to save him for the playoffs, because if they do, I am screwed in my pay league playoffs.

Clinched in one, still fighting for the other (one wk left in Yahoo regular seasons).
The former is already a guaranteed #1 seed, the latter is a 4-way fight for the last 3 spots. In that one, barring something odd tonight, there'll be one team at 9-4 & three teams (including me) at 8-5. No head-to-head matchups next week either, so anything could happen. At least I've got the total points tiebreaker going my way, by more than 100 points in fact, over the other three contenders.

I'm also worried about Eagles players - in one league I have Westbrook and McNabb and my other I have Owens. You have to think if they clinch home field they will be sitting the big time players. Thank sucks!! To bad the NFC is f'n weak - after the Eagles.

Clinched and leading the league in one. Very likely in another. On the bubble in a 3rd, and probably out in a 4th. So I cover all the bases. :) The one I'm leading, though, is probably the one I care the most about. No money leagues, though.... :(

Next year I hope to participate in a FOFC league.

Not a very good year for me. I've got one team that needs a win next week and a loss by the team that beat met this week to make it to the playoffs, and in the FOFC Keeper league, I'm going to have to settle for the Mediocrity Bowl that features the 5-8th teams in the league (out of 12).

Yep, had a nice 8 game winning streak after starting out 0-2. My record is going to be 9-4 for the year.

What sucks is Bulger might be out for a week or two. :(

Good thing that Jamal Lewis will be healthy in time to make up for the loss and perhaps I can find some quarterback on the free market. :o

Thanks for opening my eyes, my hopes to win the FOFC based Euro fantasy football league just vanished like snow in the sun.

I should make it in two of my 3, though none are for money. Clinched in one, out in one, and one has 1 more week of regular season left, but it would take a mighty fine choke job for me to not make it.

My team went into it's big winning streak in the middle of the year. We decided to close out the season with a big streak...three losses in a row.

I think I'm playing for my entry fee back.

That is what sucks about having a Star player from a team that has clinched either a division or the first round bye early. They just sit everyone. Not that my playoffs extend into Week 17, but if the team clinches too early, they will start sitting players earlier (week 15,16). I have Jeff "The Hammer" Garcia as my backup to McNabb, and with 16 teams in my league, you can just imagine the Fodder that is out there for replacements. I think even Hutchinson is gone. King and Navarre might be available, woohoo!!!!

Not that Westbrooks is on my team, but you can never have too many starting RBs. I mean, if you had told me that I'd be having some guy named Mewelde, a guy named Droughns and the backup RB of a 1-11 team on my fantasy team going into the playoffs, I'd probably have called you insane. Maybe now is the time to dump those extra RBs for a spare QB. I might need that backup plan at QB now.

Don't dump them yet. I'd wait and see how the playoff picture comes around. When it becomes more clear, as in a team clinches the first round bye, or they clinch the division with no chance of getting the first round bye, they will most likely sit their starters.

Also, how many "Westbrooks" do you have?

Also, how many "Westbrooks" do you have?Well, the RB situation is pretty #3 or #4 backs loaded right now. My team basically clinched a playoff spot, unless my team loses, the #3 and #4 win and the #5 ranked team scores 140 points more this weekend.

* Jamal Lewis is still injured, but might return in time for the ff playoffs in week 15 and 16
* Reuben Droughns will clearly play unless he gets hurt
* T.J. Duckett is so unpredictable in his role, yet the Falcons clonching something could be positive
* Dorsey Levens is clearly an important NFL backup to have for week 16
* Mewelde Moore could return into the Vikings lineup as soon as Smith gets hurt
* That Maurice Hicks guy from San Francisco could be starting by the time of the ff playoffs

All in all, I'm not too afraid of not having a backup plan at QB as of yet, it's still a bit too early to do that. I can always decide to drop my backup TE (Bubba Franks or LJ Smith) in stead. Besides, the WR situation is not so bad with Mushin Muhammad, Anquan Boldin and the Smith's Jimmy and Rod.

Plus, we're talking FOFC based fantasy football here, half of the opponents could be reading this (hi guys!).

Completely crushed an archrival to go 8-5 and clinch a playoff spot. We had three 7-5 teams and three 6-6 teams competing for three spots. All the 7-5 teams won, and all the 6-6 teams lost, so our playoffs are set with one week left.

If Hasselbeck and Alexander outscore Jackson by at least two points tonight, I'm in.

Hasselback has to get the TD for Jackson to get it. Worst case scenario is that Hasselback throws a TD to Jackson, but throws 3 INT's with a small amount of yardage, and gets yanked shortly after starting, and Dallas contains Alexander to probably less than 50-75 yards. All in all, I would say it looks good for you.

I'm 50/50 this year.
In my keeper league, I had a hard luck season where I scored very well, but not as much as my opponent most weeks. So I had well above average scoring, but lost the games. I guess I have Kansas City's Defense.

In the annual draft league, I overcame a 1and 4 start and will squeak into the playoffs with a hot team and an 8 and 5 record.

Just clinched my division yesterday, with 1 week to go. Started out 0-3, then 1-4, and have now gone on to win 8 straight.

I'm fighting for the last wild card spot, and have a annoying knack of picking the wrong players week by week - have MIN Smith/Bennett/Moore, Portis and Domanic Davis at RB, the one I leave out seems to score more than the other 2 put together (left Portis out this week!), Kerney/Grant on the D Line (only got this one right twice), left Carson Palmer on the bench for Hasselbeck all season (mostly right, but the last 2 weeks have been a pisser), plus have got Kennison & Lee Evans in reserve this week!

My reserves have a total of 29.something this week and starters 12.something! Still, as long as Hasselbeck doesn't have a complete stinker, should be lucky enough to win and one more next week will see me into the post-season.

Unsurprisingly, my coach rating is dead last in our league, and that's including a team that has only won once! (You guessed it, against me when my reserves again outscored my starters nearly 2:1)

I made the playoffs in both my leagues. 9-4 wasn't good enough to win the division in league 1, but 7-6 was good enough to win the league 2 division. I have Harrison, Wayne and Westbrook on both teams. Those guys have carried me the last couple weeks. Let's hope that continues..........

Well, because of some uproar I was unaware of, my league isn't doing playoffs this year. Just 17 games and the best record wins. However, in a frustrating sidenote, I'm well on my way to finishing 1 or 2 in total points, and if I'm lucky I'll end up over .500.

Well, that first team's chances improved with Julius Jones' 38 point night giving me an improbable 128-126 point victory. Now I just have to win my week 14 game to make the playoffs and my matchup for week 14 isn't so difficult.

My loss this week eliminated me after a pretty strong run. We just couldn't dig out of our early season whole.

Ack! My QB is out, Priest Holmes is out, my #1 WR is out. Should be an early exit in the playoffs for me.
