Have used it for about 4 or 5 months now and works out pretty well.

I've only been using it for about 3 weeks, but I agree that it works pretty well. When they open up some more warehouses in other parts of the country, they'll be even better. Right now, I have to wait about 9 days (counting business days and weekends) from the time I send something back until I get the next game. It's mildly annoying, but at least I don't have to worry about late fees, which always killed me at Blockbuster.
