When I choose to call my own plays, I usually set the sim speed slider all the way to the right as I want my results right away. If I'm calling the plays I get to choose when to move on to the next play anyway so the extra pause is an unneeded delay.
The problem with this is that you never get to see the results of the last play of the game. Since there is no new play for you to call it blasts right on by the results to display the game MVP.
There are two obvious ways to fix this:
1) Add a delay or make you hit a button to get the game MVP.
2) Tack on the MVP to the final play result, much like an extra point is tacked on to the touchdown result.
