"Stadium Plan Approved" dialog bug... very minor

When you get a new stadium plan approved, it still says "Construction will begin in 20xx" when 20xx is the year construction will be completed.

I can't believe this game was released with such a show-stopping bug http://dynamic.gamespy.com/~fof/ubb/wink.gif.
