I see, so you want to have 8 user teams, each with 11 star players.

That can be done, and the easiest way to start is by filling your 8 teams with legend players who are the same tier, same skin tone and same position that you want your created players to be.

Then once the team rosters are filled with legends, you will need to edit those legends into whatever you want them to be.

If all you're doing is just 11 star players, you can make all of them in-game using the create a player feature. Then you can add faces, change ratings, and add extra abilities through Flying Finn's PC editor.
