Here's how our conversation went

3.Select the Save Data Utility and press the X button.

Henry: What I am suggesting is delete the save games. That will resolve your bug. If not then that means your saved games has not been corrupted. So you could restore that again.
Henry: If your unlock bug resolves with the deletion of the save games then you have to start over again.
