I'm sure many of you are familiar with the constant freezes revolving around NCAA Basketball 10'. Well, it's been 7 months since the release and currently no patch has been issued or mentioned. The only news we received was that NCAA 11' would be canceled due to financial issues.

I have a big problem with EA throwing out a defective game and then essentially packing up their bags and leaving their customers high and dry. Game freezes are unacceptable, something that was left in the old-gen era. The unwillingness of EA to at least perform the right ethical action has reaffirmed the belief in my mind that they have become completely greedy and profit hungry since their stock price plummeted during the economic collapse of fall 2008.

I have traded in the game for a new version. Still freezes. I have tried playing the game on a different 360. Still freezes. The freezes occur at any time of any game not matter what I do.

I understand EA's hardships during these troubling times because I did a financial analysis of the company for one of my business grad classes. I understand that certain cutbacks have had to be made to keep the company afloat. Nevertheless, when I read about NBA live lead designer Mike Wang returning to Take Two Interactive and blasting EA for being "inefficient", I felt my concerns were at least validated.

I implore EA to consider its own ethics at the very least release a patch fixing the freezes to at least satisfy your fans. Do the right thing EA

The Yanks lost 4-1. Good pitching performance for the most part by Vasquez 9-K, but he gave up a 3-Run Hr in the 6. I don't dwell on loses, so that it for that game. I will talk today about the youthful feel I think the National League has. I think for some reason their teams have a younger feel even though they are the senior league. The NL uniforms are brighter and more youth full. I don't know why to me the NL seams like a young person league and the AL seams like an old persons league. I am an old (46) person so it is not like am bashing older people. As for staduims, I think both leagues now have great stadiums.

I have been a Timberwolves fan since the day they drafted Kevin Garnett. They seem to always do something really stupid or the ball never rolls their way. These consistent mishaps have made me conclude that the team is cursed. We always miss out on the top players in the draft or make bone head draft decisions. - Forgot to Mention the owner giving the ok for the worst uni's in the league.

Examples:

1. We drafted Ray Allen in 96 to go along with Garnett but decided to trade him for Marbury and also give up a first round pick. Marbury ended up being a jealous head case and was eventually traded.

2. For some unknow reason the owner of the Timberwolves thought it was a good idea to pay Joe Smith 90 million under table, which resulted in us losing 4 first round draft picks after David Stern found out. Joe Smith has never done anything that warranted him getting a third of 90 million in his entire career.

3. We draft Brandon Roy in 06 and traded him for Randy Foye. Foye isn't horrible but he isn't on the same level as Roy.

4. We draft OJ Mayo in 08 and trade him for Kevin Love for some unknow reason even though we have a all star caliber small forward already.

5. 2009 we had the most incompetent draft in the history of the league when we drafted 4 point guards with our 6 picks. The top guard drafted still has played for the team and the best point guard we drafted was traded to Denver. We passed up Steph Curry and Brandon Jennings. This one hurts a lot because of the talented guys we passed up.

6. Whenever we have a chance to get the top pick we always go back in the draft ping pong game and miss out on talented players like Iverson, Shaq, Penny, Webber, Mourning, LJ, Durant, Rose and now this year Wall and Turner. We went from being second in chance to the fourth pick.

Alex Rodriquez had a big night. He Lead the Yankee attack with 3 HRs. Robinson Cano and Jorge Posada also hit HR's. Andy Pettite could could not find a the release point on his cutter and change-up and gave up 4 HR also. At one point the Yankees were up 9-3, but their pitching last night was not so hot. I tried to include a screen shot of Player of the game A-Rod,but the png file was too large. I'll try adding it to the big plays link.

I've been posting alot of covers on the custom cover thread. I've been having technical problems as well as community problems. No one in particular. I have been wondering if there would be a moderator that would start a new thread as to start posting high res photos so that we (graphic artists/designers) could work with them.

People are impressed with my covers I wish I could give them more but I can never find any high quality photos to work with

Hopefully I can go find some or someone post some online.

I have been playing FIFA World Cup for the last few days and I'm impressed with the motion of the players. To me that is what I imagine NCAA Locomotion will be like (or at least hope it will be like that). As far as running and cutting and momentum taking you in one direction, FIFA is the best I've ever seen.

Does anyone know if the technology of NCAA's locomotion, is anywhere close to they are using in FIFA? If so, look out. If not, I won't be suprised.

I didn't play Any games this weekend. I was going to play on Sunday but after watching the Real Yankees get beat by the Twins on grand slam off of Rivera I knew I would be to angry to lose a game that day. Two Games planned for Today. I also have to edit the player for walk up and HR music since the next game will be their first home game.
