Not going to lie, I didn’t really pay enough attention to realize I had to download a separate application in order to actually get NHL 94 Rewind, so consider this a PSA for any other fools like me out there. As of today, you can download NHL 94 Rewind on the PS Store or Xbox Marketplace.
This is a free download if you pre-ordered NHL 21, but otherwise there is no current way to snag the game. This could change at some point, but as of now EA has no plans to make it available any other way.
UPDATE: NHL 94 Rewind will be available for all in early December. Unsure if there will be a cost associated with it or not.

Here are a couple other notes on the game for those who are interested:
- Uses current-day rosters rather than rosters from ’94.
- The rosters will not be updated as of now, so the free agency class here is mostly not accounted for right now.
- There is no online multiplayer.
- There is no season mode.
- The ratings are different from the ones in NHL 21 because there are no other leagues to worry about here.
