Am trying to figure out who one contacts or how one goes about getting their account to work properly? I've got an account (obviously lol) but I can't send messages and can't start topics. Not sure if there was a verification step I missed or If I have a probation period I must wait. Just if someone could notify me of what is standard practices I'd greatly appreciate it.
