"It does feature a fair bit of cars, some decent courses to drive on, a nice arcade mode and multiplayer to boot, but when the graphics and overall presentation is unimpressive, gameplay mechanics don’t feel right, and very limited sound effects are included you’re probably left thinking that the money you spent should’ve gone elsewhere."
- Pro Cycling Manager Demo (PC - 261.27 MB)
"This demo allows you to ride one stage (Sarigliano-Sestriere) in the Italian Giro as the CSC team."
- NHL 06 Screenshots and Trailer (PS2, Xbox, GC, PC)
"With NHL 06 players can score like a superstar, express themselves through their shooting style with the new EA SPORTS Skill Stick and light the lamp with highlight reel moves such as spinoramas, toe drags, bat-ins, and between-the-legs shots."
"Some things that could have been better would be the size of players on the field, they were small and it was difficult to determine initially who had possession of the ball. The biggest problem I had was being offside during a ruck or maul. The default setting on the controller has the X button as the bind button."
"The system's new player-search and scouting options will help identify your target. You can then use all the shrewdness of a modern manager, thanks to a brand new series of dealmakers to persuade the biggest clubs to allow their star striker to talk to you."
"It's a missed opportunity weighed down by cumbersome and lacklustre design. The multiplayer provides some fun, but with Mario Kart on it's way, it's worth neither the hassle or expense."
- MotoGP 4 Screenshots and Trailer (PS2)
"Featuring all the official bikes and riders from multiple engine classes and a realistic physics system, MotoGP4 delivers the most authentic racing experience ever on two wheels."
- Virtua Tennis Screenshots (PSP)
"The game also features World Tour, Exhibition and Tournament modes, all of which have appeared on the console versions. There's a range of licensed and original courts with all four playing surfaces - grass, clay, hard and carpet."
"World Racing 2 enhances the technology of the game's fore-runner World Racing, which introduced an innovative 3D landscape technology and sophisticated driving physics. While World Racing focussed on the simulation aspect, World Racing 2 will put the fun of driving at centre stage and offer optimised arcade racing characteristics, rich and varied range of mission modes, lively scenarios, enhanced tuning options and a great variety of cars."

"Extra physics tweaks were definitely needed, of course, once one takes into account the revamped graphics engine, which, while not several steps up from the 128-bit offerings, has it where it counts. The resolution and polygon counts have been amped up considerably, and there's extra detail on every surface you can think of, from the sand to the water to the (now debuting) individual blades of grass."

"From the opening game of the regular season to the ArenaBowl championship, EA SPORTS Arena Football will bring you the complete experience. Strap on your helmets and get ready for a new brand of football, and make sure you're ready for a lot of fireworks, because this is non-stop high-scoring football at its finest."
"In this year’s game, you’ll be able to take your created player from a heralded freshman all the way through a grueling collegiate career in the hopes of becoming the next Heisman Award winner."
"To go all cliché for a moment, if you're a fan of the genre then there's no reason why you shouldn't give this nippy little mover a try. But if, like me, you like to dip in and out of each genre as and when then there are, albeit only one or two, better alternatives."
"Sure, you already know that Forza Motorsport™ is the world's best and most realistic driving simulator—and it's only on the Xbox® video game system. But did you know there was a way to make your driving experiences even more realistic? There is, and like the famed Nürburgring that demands the finest performance from cars and drivers alike, it comes from Germany. The equipment in question comes from Fanatec, a company that touts its products as "Advanced German Gameware."
"The speed, the scoring, the spectacle -- all the great aspects of Arena Football will finally come alive on video game consoles everywhere as EA SPORTS™ has announced plans to release EA SPORTS Arena Football™ in February of 2006."
"Look forward to articles, many written by Bizarre Creations team members, about the people and processes used to create the game, as well as tips that will help you get to the finish line faster and with more style."
